Are you slowing down your current software implementation to investigate how to use new information and strategy? Are your IT business management and infrastructure solutions mapped to the new ITIL v3? Does your vendor have business services management architecture to support ITIL v3 lifecycle approach?

Most people who implement ITIL have taken a silo approach: both from process and from technology standpoint. IT approach to enable ITIL v3 has to include a solid foundation starting from IT Governance solutions to Business Service Management with focus on balanced scorecards and key performance indicators.
